The courier calls the recipient. If nobody answers we leave the flowers with a neighbour or a building desk where it is safe to do so, or we come back the same evening.

Yes. Leave the card message blank, or tell us how you would like it signed without your name.

We replace it with one of equal value and keep the overall look and colour of the arrangement. We do not substitute for something cheaper.

Tell us and we replace them. Send a photo if you can — it helps us work out whether the problem happened in transit or at the supplier.

Yes, during opening hours. Phoning is the better option if the delivery is time-critical, such as a funeral service, or if you are close to the same-day cut-off.

Yes, for orders placed before 11:00 am.

We deliver in morning or afternoon windows rather than to a specific hour. If the flowers must arrive before a certain time, call us and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

1:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Saturday, and 11:00 am on Sunday.

Yes, with the patient’s full name and the ward. Intensive care units do not allow flowers. See our hospital delivery page.

Yes. Include the building name and the suite or apartment number — most deliveries in Buckhead and Midtown go to a front desk rather than a door.

Yes. We need the name of the funeral home, the name of the service and its start time, so the flowers arrive before it begins.

Our roses are Ecuadorian with 70 cm stems and typically hold 7 to 12 days. Mixed bouquets last around a week. Our flower care guide explains how to get to the upper end of that.

Carnations and gerbera daisies are the most robust. Roses do well indoors but should not be left on a hot doorstep.
